He began his career in 2010 as an agent at a prestigious BPO company, where his unwavering dedication and hard work quickly led to promotions—first as a Team Leader and eventually as an Operations Manager.

Driven by a passion for helping others find meaningful employment, Michael transformed his ambitious vision into reality. He first established the HMC Group of Companies, expanding into various business ventures. Leveraging his extensive experience in the BPO industry, he saw an opportunity to create something impactful: a call center company that not only delivers exceptional service but also provides prestigious job opportunities for Filipinos.

In February 2023, HMC Links Call Center Management Services was born. Reflecting on his journey, Michael often says, "If foreigners can invest in this business, why don't we start it ourselves?" This mindset has fueled his determination to build a company that stands out for its quality, integrity, and dedication to its employees.
